Perfect location and stay. Positive: The location was perfect, steps away from the beach. Our stay felt longer than it was because we didn't waste time driving to the beach every day. The place was conducive to relaxation. It was sparkling clean, with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The decor had a relaxed, beachy vibe to put you into vacation mode. We loved this place and will book this place again should we visit Amelia Island in the future.

The unit was clean and a good size for our family of 2 adults and 2 young kids. The location was great for easy access to the beach across the boardwalk. The beach was wide and beautiful.

Jenny and Mark were very helpful anytime I messaged them for any questions! Their place was very clean, convenient to everything, and well stocked. Love staying on the beach! Also, a cold bottle of wine was waiting on us when we arrived. Such a wonderful surprise!

Our stay was great! We were welcomed in the room by a bottle of wine and a clean well supplied place to stay. Location was convenient to downtown, walking distance to some restaurants.
